A ‘Motivational Program’ was organized on 29th November 2019 from 11:45 am to 04:45 pm to the Employees of Andhra Pradesh as part of their 12-day Induction Training Program under the aegis of Andhra Pradesh Human Resource Development Institute (HRDI) at Ramakrishna Mission, Sitanagaram.

Sri D.Chakrapani, IAS, Founder Director (Retd.), APHRDI explained the need for motivating the employees to follow values while interacting and providing service to the public. Swami Sashikantanandaji, Secretary and Swami Sevyanandaji of Ramakrishna Mission, Vijayawada and Swami Yadunathanandaji, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Chennai gave motivational talks to the employees. This is followed by motivational video shows, cultural programs by students of Ramakrishna Mission High School and participants’ response.

The participants went round Ramakrishna Mission High School and saw the special facilities at the school. Sri K.V.Subba Rao, Administrator, APHRDI thanked Ramakrishna Mission for facilitating the Motivation Program and expressed his desire to continue utilizing the services of Mission in their future training programs.220 employees of Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ in the region of Krishna and Prakasam Districts from various departments like irrigation, public health, police, etc. participated in the program and made it a grand success.

The participants were given Ramakrishna-Vivekananda literature as participants’ kit. The participants were served morning tea, lunch and evening tea and snacks.
