150th Birth Anniversary celebrations of Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi Commemorating the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi “Sarada Sadanam” housing a prayer hall and monks’ quarters was inaugurated on 6th February 2004 by Revered Swami Smarananandaji Maharaj, General Secretary, Ramakrishna Math and Mission in the new Ashrama premises at Sitanagaram. Foundation stone for “Sarada Sadanam” was laid by Srimat Swami Somanandaji Maharaj on 15th October 2002. One lakh copies of “Sarada Vaibhavam” in Telugu, a small book-let depicting life and message of Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi was published. This is priced at Rs.2/- in order to reach maximum number of people. Sale proceeds of this book-let will be kept as permanent fund. The interest amount will be used for girls’ education. Taking the message of Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi to different places “Sarada Vaibhavam” Satsangs were organized.
